The Cast:

 

"The Closed Window": How drawn are the blinds?

 

"Foreign" and "Domestic": two identical anatomical models of human brains, labeled .  Homages to personal and national identities collide.  The simulated no longer seems predicate on the fake.

 

"Fill": a tower of tethered tongues silent.

 

"Crater": a mound of severed souvenir ears darkened.

 

"Gauntlet": narrow and fluffy pathways join among the clouds.

 

"Sea of Suffering": beneath Nirvana, reconstituted shards re(-)formed prior to an endless cyclic meltdown.

 

"Black Beauty" and "Common": refined nocturnal bed of time neighboring undyed furrows raked.

 

"Rub":  synthetic rub of crickets’ legs, electronic pitches punctuated by clubbers and batters behind a net so fine.

 

"Hardballs": one baseball, one golf ball. (Japan has designated 4% of its arable land for golf courses. Yakyuu  (baseball) plays by its own rules.)
